The “Tandem” program in cooperation with the Kufstein University of Applied Sciences brings together one's studies and a job. We offer industrial engineering students the opportunity to discover and build on their talents and strengths through practical experience with us. Have you just completed an apprenticeship or a course of study? Whether it’s electrical engineering, metal technology or mechatronics, with us new entrants can develop their skills from day one. We provide support with 3CON expert mentors, who initially ensure a smooth start and provide a quick overview of topics, work areas, technologies and interfaces. As an employer, we are constantly striving to identify and promote individual potentials and provide corresponding development opportunities, such as project management training, internal training for the 3D CAD design software CATIA to advance one’s career in the direction of a Designer or Project Manager, as well as “smaller” continuing education qualifications like welding courses, forklift courses and similar. With us, there are many paths to take you forward.
3CON also welcomes late-blooming technical talents. We provide holistic, well-founded apprenticeships in the fields of electrical engineering, metal technology, mechatronics and design. The mandatory theory units for the final exam, as well as the final exam itself, take place at the BFI or WIFI Institute in Tyrol. The basic requirements include technical skills and a sound basic knowledge in the respective field.
Making steady progress possible is the principle that we follow for all our colleagues and that naturally does not stop with experienced professionals. We offer a broad range of opportunities according to individuals' potential and personal development goals: With our internal apprenticeships, such as from Electrical Engineer to PLC / Robot Programmer or from Metal Technician to Commissioning Technician / Application Technician. All internal apprenticeships, trainings and courses are endorsed with the 3CON certification, which is highly respected internationally throughout the industry.
